TERMS OF WEBSITE USE
1. This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of Veritas Traders, whether as a guest or a registered user ("Subscriber"). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using Veritas Traders.com, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using this site.
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
We aim to update Veritas Traders regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Information communicated on this site Commentaries, information and other materials contained in any part of Veritas Traders are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. 5. Contracts for Differences (CFDs)
CFD's are leveraged products and can result in losses that exceed your margin. They may not be suitable for everyone so please make sure you understand the risks involved.
6. Veritas Traders are not liable for any losses that may occur from using any of our course materials, video and publications via email or online meeting rooms.
SPREAD BETTING
7. Spread Betting is a leveraged product and can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. It may not be suitable for everyone so please make sure that you understand the risks involved. You should not deal in these products unless you understand their nature and the extent of your exposure to risk. You should also be satisfied that the product is suitable for you in the light of your circumstances and financial position. Certain strategies, such as a 'spread' position or a 'straddle', may be as risky as a simple 'long' or 'short' position. Although derivative instruments can be utilised for the management of investment risk, some of these products are unsuitable for many investors. Different instruments involve different levels of exposure to risk.
ACCESSING VERITAS TRADERS
8. Access to Veritas Traders is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason Veritas Traders is unavailable at any time or for any period. If such an event occurs where Veritas traders.com is no longer operational for annual and bi-annual members subscriptions will be given a prorata-rate of refund from the day they subscribed to the site to any cancellation date.
9. We may restrict access to some parts of Veritas Traders, or the entire site, to Subscribers.
10. Subscribers of Veritas Traders acknowledge that their right to use the site and other products or services offered by Veritas Traders is personal and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer a Subscriber's right to use this site is void and shall constitute a breach of these terms of use.
11. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code ("username"), password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. If you have reason to believe that a third party has access to your Subscriber account, you must promptly change your password by logging into your account and accessing the "My Account" Section of the website and changing your password. If in any event you have further problems please contact us at Changepassword@veritastraders.com.
12. No Subscriber may (i) select or use a username or email address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a username or email address subject to the rights of any other Subscriber person without our authorisation; (iii) use a username in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or (iv) use a username that we in our sole discretion, deem offensive.
13. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions within clauses 10 to 13.
14. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to Veritas Traders and are responsible for all charges related thereto.
SUBSCRIPTION
15. Subscription to Veritas Traders is available to persons aged eighteen years and over who have a valid credit/debit card. When completing the subscription form you agree to provide true accurate current and complete information about yourself (which must include your full details and to inform us promptly in any change in that information.
16. Subscription is available on a Monthly (Rolling 28 Day) basis (28-day is the lowest denomination of days in a month, and therefore the closest approximation to a calendar month as is possible with trading days). Fees paid for any subscription term are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part.
17. Veritas Traders reserve the right to cancel a subscriber's subscription if at any time the subscriber supplies us with incorrect, false or misleading information. Subscribers who provide us with incorrect, false or misleading information may find themselves subject to prosecution.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
18. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Veritas Traders, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
19. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference.
20. You must not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through Veritas Traders to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organisation, or use it for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.
21. If you breach clause 20 of these terms of these terms of use, your right to use Veritas Traders will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
OUR LIABILITY
22. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, we, our officers, employees, agents and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude: All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity. Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for: Losses in trading; loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
23. Notwithstanding clause 20, our liability, and the liability of our officers, employees, agents and third parties connected to us for any loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise (even if foreseeable) shall not exceed the amount paid by any Subscriber for use of Veritas Traders.
24. The provisions of clauses and 19 do not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
INDEMNITY
25. Subscribers and other users of Veritas Traders agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, employees, agents and third parties connected to us, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to any legal fees) arising from his or her use of Veritas Traders or from the Subscriber's violation of this agreement or any third party's rights including but not limited to copyright, property, and privacy rights. This indemnification and hold harmless obligation will survive this agreement and Subscriber use of Veritas Traders.
26. Information about you and your visits to Veritas Traders.
27. We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using Veritas Traders, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
28. You must not misuse Veritas Traders by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Veritas Traders, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
29. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
LINKING TO OUR SITE
30. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
31. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
32. Veritas Traders must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
33. If you wish to make any use of material on our site other than that set out above, please address your request to info@Veritas Traders.
LINKS FROM OUR SITE
34. Where Veritas Traders contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
TERMINATION
35. We may terminate any Subscriber's subscription to Veritas Traders at any time if in our opinion he or she has failed to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement. We have no obligation to provide the Subscriber with notice of termination.
36. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us through our contact page or via email at cancellations@veritastraders.com. You must send us an email at cancellations@veritastraders.com cancellation notice stating your full name and log-in email address, 10 days before your next subscription payment date. If you give notice of 14 days or less, you will be charged your normal subscription rate for the following month which is non-refundable. Fees paid in advance. If you as a member of this site decide to cancel the following cancellation charges will be applied as shown below for Annual and bi-annual subscribers.
i. Monthly Subscription:
a. No refunds are available upon cancellation of the subscription.
ii. 6 Month Subscription:
a. Cancellation within first 30 days of subscription - 50% refund;
b. Cancellation within first 3 months of subscription - 10% refund;
c. No refund available after 3 months of subscription.
iii. 12 month Subscription
a. Cancellation within first 3 months of subscription - 50% refund;
b. Cancellation within first 6 months of subscription - 10% refund;
c. No refund available after 6 months of subscription.
iv. Trading Seminars
a. If you attend any paid seminar no refund is available;
b. Cancellation 10 days before an event - 90% minus the deposit ;
c. Cancellation less than 10 days before an event - 75% refund minus the deposit;
d. No refund is available if you fail to notify us about your non attendance in accordance with clauses 36(iv)(a)(b)(c).
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law.
Risk Warning: Spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and you may lose more than your initial stake. Only speculate with your money if you can afford to lose. This product may not be suitable for all potential customers, therefore please ensure that you fully understand the risks involved and seek advice if necessary. Terms of Use of the Veritas Trading Room and Forum
1. Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright.
3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed in our forum and or trading rooms. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, private messages or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forum and or live trading rooms.
4. Please use your own name when posting to the discussion forum and trading rooms. Do not impersonate anyone else.

You grant to veritastraders.com. the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
9. We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on the veritastraders.com. forum and trading rooms, but veritastraders.com. has the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not veritastraders.com. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forum and trading rooms, or even have their subscriptions terminated.
10. Users have full access to e-books and other downloadable content once payment has been received.
11. Any physical goods e.g. DVD's and CD' that are damaged or faulty will be replaced or full refund made available once they have been returned to Veritas Traders.
12. A full refund will be made available for any physical goods that are not received by the user upon receipt of a completed non receipt of goods forms.
